OGDEN, Utah (August 29, 2018) - The Fred Mitchell Award recognizes 34 place-kickers for their excellence on the football field for the 2018-2019 season and for continued community service during their off-season. Out of the 13 FCS players named to the watch list, the Big Sky Conference had four of its players listed.
