POZNAN, Poland - Regina Salmons, a recent University of Pennsylvania graduate who rowed for four years on the women's rowing team, won gold in the women's pairs at the World Rowing Under 23 Championships, which completed Sunday. She had the top finish among three Penn rowers who competed in the event, as men's heavyweight rowers Bart Roovers and Roel van Broekhuizen took sixth in the Men's Eights with The Netherlands.
