Oh man, let me tell ya.......well, no. I factored in MVSU fumbling inside their own 10, a Santiago kick return TD, and some other fluky f'd up play that will help out UND's anemic offense.

DeweyYea, but the $3 it will cost me to get into this game would be priceless if UND lost. I don't know if I can risk not being there.

Interestingly, Mississippi Valley State's Thanksgiving Day season finale at Alabama State is the same day as the Mississippi State/Ole Miss Egg Bowl game (which will be played at night at Ole Piss, I mean Ole Miss, this season).

One of my brothers is currently attending graduate school at Mississippi State, and because of that I've become more interested in and more familiar with the Division I colleges relatively close to Starkville, MS. I didn't realize this until probably a year ago, but Mississippi Valley State as a college is probably the runt of the litter among the SWAC schools, or at least the SWAC schools in Mississippi, due to its fairly small size and relative newness (it was founded after World War II, unlike most other SWAC schools, including Jackson State and Alcorn State, that were founded not too long after the Civil War).

Shame MVSU has to do this to their kids every year. Pretty sure they don't even offer a full allotment of scholarships.. or at least they didn't use to. Would make much for sense for them to be D2 honestly.
