This thing is pretty much done. Just finishing up minor details on the ballpark. Can't wait to see a game in this beautiful facility.

Yeah, us too.

Our coach just signed a new contract and he really wants a refurbished stadium. The field looks great and they just installed a new wall and lights. The stands, dugouts, pressbox, lockers ... etc need some help though. They estimated about 2.5 million to bring it up to par and make seating about 2,000 - so we'll see.

Can't wait to get up to H'ville & check out a game in that place. Night games will have some electricity...especially if all the kids living at The Arbors stop by after a few brewskies.

Once they get around to renovating Bowers, "THE HILL" will be such an awesome place to catch a sporting event. I wonder if they plan on putting something on the centerfield wall? The SH logo, KATS, or something.

xlolx, they won't be putting KATS on the wall as it was officially "retired" on July 20th. My money is on the SH logo.

Not sure if it would cause a problem with the 'batter's eye', but I would like to see the 'BEARKATS' written logo painted across the wall. Observe!

Along with SHSU Football upgrading their helmets to incorporate the new SH logo, you think that baseball will update their threads, too?

Baseball already has the 'SH' on their hats and batting helmet. Isn't that good enough? They've already been caught up with the new logo, if I am not mistaken...

I'm hoping womens' basketball catches up. No more of this 'Ladykat' crap. This isn't Cowboys vs Cowgirls or Orangemen vs Orangewomen. That was from the old regime and I think WH may toss them this year if possible. Same goes for softball with the blue. Toss the blue!

I kinda like the way the blue looks with the orange and white. No, it isnt a school color but it looks good. :)

Some of the other posters on this board (kats86 was the ring leader) got them put up in some BW3's & Hooters around the Houston area. Also, several of the ones in Huntsville -- Zach's, Murski's, etc.
