BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The University of Pennsylvania women's rowing team had its racing at the Dale England Cup cut short on Saturday. High winds kept the teams from racing in the afternoon, and the Second Varsity 4 morning heat was listed as unofficial due to the winds. Penn took first place in the Varsity 8 race, defeating three ranked boats in the process, but the Quakers fell just short of winning the Cup as they accumulated 54 total points. Host Indiana won the Cup with 60 points.
