NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The University of Pennsylvania men's golf team finished fifth out of 15 teams at the Yale Spring Invitational, a 36-hole event that took place Saturday on the par-70 The Course at Yale. The Quakers shot 300-293—593 on the day. Tennessee was the team champion, shooting a 5-over-par 565 which left the Volunteers 11 shots ahead of second-place Yale and 22 strokes ahead of third-place Virginia. Among the other Ivy teams in the field, Cornell was fourth, just two strokes ahead of Penn at 591, while Brown was seventh with a score of 600.
