PHILADELPHIA - The Philadelphia Big 5 has announced its 2017-18 award winners for men's and women's basketball, with the University of Pennsylvania earning representation on the women's side from Rookie of the Year and second-team selection Eleah Parker, first-team selection Michelle Nwokedi and second-team selection Anna Ross.
