PHILADELPHIA - The University of Pennsylvania softball team (10-15, 6-5 Ivy) earned their second straight Ivy League series win on Friday at Penn Park against Yale. Mason Spichiger and Jennifer Brann allowed a combined three runs as the Quakers took the first two games of the series. Moved ahead a day due to the fear of weather on Saturday, Penn took game one 7-2 before pulling ahead late in game two, 5-1. The Red and Blue will finish the series against the Bulldogs on Saturday at 2 p.m. rather than the original 12:30 p.m. Sunday time.
