PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The University of Pennsylvania men's basketball team earned the right to raise a banner on Saturday night, taking a 99-93 decision over Brown at the Pizzitola Sports Center. With the win, the Quakers finished the Ivy League season with a 12-2 record and will share the conference title with Harvard which won over Columbia.
