PHILADELPHIA - Senior Alex Hartke has been named ECAC Specialist of the Week, announced Tuesday afternoon. Hartke's honor comes after a career-high and record-book worthy performance for the University of Pennsylvania gymnastics program last time out, as the New York native hit a 9.925 on floor at The Palestra. The award is the second this season for Hartke and the third of her career.
