PRINCETON, N.J. - The University of Pennsylvania women's fencing team began their run to improve on last year's third place finish at the Ivy Championships. After day one, the Quakers split their opening bouts losing to Harvard and then ending the day with a win over Cornell. At 1-1 Penn remains right in the hunt tied for third place with four bouts left.
