PHILADELPHIA - The ECAC*announced their weekly awards on Tuesday. University of Pennsylvania freshman, Darcy Matsuda, was named this week's "Specialist of the Week".* The Specialist of the Week award is the first of Matsuda's young Penn gymnastics career.
