PHILADELPHIA -*For the fourth-straight week and seventh time this season, University of Pennsylvania women's basketball freshman center Eleah Parker has been named Ivy League Rookie of the Week, announced Monday by the conference office. The seven Rookie of the Week accolades are the most for a player from Penn since Sydney Stipanovich won seven in 2013-14.
