PHILADELPHIA -*For the sixth time this season, University of Pennsylvania women's basketball freshman center Eleah Parker has been named Ivy League Rookie of the Week, announced Monday by the conference office. The award comes off a 2-0 week for the Quakers, as Penn captured its second Big 5 Championship in program history.
