DURHAM, N.C. – North Carolina Central University has rounded out its college football early signing period class with the addition of two wide receivers – Sonnie Richardson, a transfer from Mesa (Ariz.) Community College and graduate of Leesville Road High School (Raleigh, N.C.), and Tyler Barnes from West Mecklenburg High School (Charlotte, N.C.).
