I know some of you guys are scratching your head on this one but it's pretty straight forward. JMU has failed to execute on third down and special teams, but even then it's only been on 1-2 conversions.

If I'm JMU I'm opting for sure points here on out. Weber can't move it on them.

I don't think it matters whether the possession change has happened yet. Think about it in terms of a punt return. The return team aren't allowed to tackle the coverage guys whether the ball is still in the air or the returner has it.
