Great read. I first read about it over the weekend, but Plank's origins were still unknown at the time.

As a longtime fan of The U, I love the Turnover Chain. Nothing is topping that gaudy heap of bling; it is quintessential Miami. However, the Plank is pretty awesome in its own right. The fact that such a new FCS program, deep in SEC country, has attracted national recognition from a week old performance incentive is huge. Bright future ahead for Kennesaw St. (and maybe Plank)!
