My gut says it’s going to be an open competition between RS FR Hattfield, Broadnax and Kolbe. If Kolbe gets the job I would expect us to lose one of the promising young QB’s.

Well NDSU played like crap, had 5 turnovers and it was still a 6 point game in the 4th. Credit SDSU for making the plays necessary to win. IMO that game was an anomaly.

refs wanted to get in out of the cold as quick as possible. kept the flags in their pockets.

given the (lack of) quality in the video coverage (much due to the weather conditions), I don't think video replays would have been of much use anyway.
