El Duque delivered a pretty strong performance in his first start since coming off the disabled list, giving up four runs on six hits over six innings, but it was three home runs in the seventh that sparked Chicago's 7-5 victory over the Tigers on Monday night.

A solo shot by Paul Konerko and back-to-back bombs by Joe Crede and Juan Uribe scored five runs in the inning and rallied the Sox from a 4-1 deficit. It was the second time this season that Chicago hit three homers in an inning, the first coming on June 15 against Arizona.

Frank Thomas hit his 12th home run of the season in the eighth to score the final Sox run.

The Chisox beat up on Wakefield last night, sending the Boston Pink Sox down to defeat. And the beat goes on... (but watch out for those Oakland A's!).

I think Wakefield is now 3-10 vs the W Sox
