THIBODAUX, La. *– *Lorran Fonseca kicked a single-game program record five field goals, Dontrell Taylor rushed for 130 yards and the defense came up clutch plays down the stretch, as the No. 23 Nicholls State University football team stayed undefeated at Manning Field at John L. Guidry Stadium with a hard-fought 29-20 victory Saturday in its first-ever meeting with Abilene Christian.
