Mike Ditka was a tight end for the Cowboys in Super Bowl VI and coached the Bears to victory in Super Bowl XX; Tom Flores was a backup quarterback for the 1969 Chiefs (he did not play in Super Bowl IV). Flores also coached the Raiders in Super Bowl XV and XVIII.
