I don't understand how Samford is above Western Carolina.

Also a smaller thing is how did YSU drop 3 to 5 spots for a loss to South Dakota on a game winning field goal in Vermillipn South Dakota. Slot voting?

That to me says those two teams are nearly the same.

Youngstown State is behind South Dakota State a week after YSU beat them 19 to 7?

This past week SDSU beat Southern Illinois (fringe top 25) in Brookings amd YSU lost at USD on a late game field goal.

I don't think the Citadel deserves to be ranked and I object to Grambling being ranked for the same reason I object to the ivys being ranked.

As a SoCon school, I want Citadel to be ranked - just not as high as WCU!

Getting down to the real nit-picky, I know most of the pollsters are chiming in about the total crap-shoot from about #20 down, but how does STATS justify Colgate (9) getting more points than Furman (3)? I don't think either need to be ranked yet (Furman may very well surprise people as they have 2 FCS losses to teams ranked in the top 16 in this poll), and nobody cares too much about "others receiving votes" unless their team is in that list. But just another glaring example of people totally ignoring a head-to-head where Furman went to Colgate and absolutely whipped that team 45-14.

Colgate is 2-4 for Christ's sakes!
