(Pine Bluff, Ark.) The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff got off to a hot start in the comfort of its own home, taking a 14-0 lead in the first quarter thanks to touchdown runs from KeShawn Williams (24 yards) and Dante McDonald, (three yards) but it wasn't enough as Mississippi Valley State University stormed back to score five touchdowns en route to a 38-31 comeback victory at Golden Lion Stadium in Southwestern Athletic Conference action in front of a crowd of 4,030.
