Making its fourth-consecutive appearance in the "others receiving votes" category in the STATS FCS Football media poll, the Western Carolina Catamount football team also debuted in the FCS Coaches' poll with the same designation for the first-time this season. WCU is 28th in the media poll and 34th in the coaches'.
