We used to have a good thread promoting users game day pics on here. This is YOUR pictures, not anyone else's that you grab off the net somewhere. Now that everybody has a smartphone this should be even easier to do than before. Put pics of your tailgate of tailgate scene at your school, a pretty girls flying your school colors, a dude doing it as well if you have to, and any good pics of the game and stadium you can throw out to us.

If you put some good ones up we'll take a few of the best ones and put em' up on twitter, our instagram, and maybe even on an article once in a while. At the very least we'll have a good thread full of FCS atmosphere around the country.xthumbsupx

Actually, it wasn't a jab at your spelling/punctuation...I was just making a joke about the fact that this Saturday will mark 44 weeks since there has been a football game at Hanson Field (and still two more weeks to go).

You should be able to directly upload them through the "from computer" tab on the "insert photo" botton when creating a post.

I've found the easiest way is to upload them to imgur, grab the link to the photo there and just insert image, from url, uncheck the "retrieve remote file..." bit and paste in the url. You can control the image size (quick editing in imgur) and it's pretty rare that imgur goes down (and it's free).

It used to be a bigger area, but a few years ago they expanded the parking lot and took some grass and trees. This is a pretty popular area.

This would be a seriously attended crowd at Missouri State.

Not too far off from our place either. The UNI crowd did end up being pretty big and pretty loud (at least compared to what I'm used to). It definitely caused a few of the false starts on our side of things, especially at the beginning. Our offense had to go to QB right behind center, rather than shotgun like we usually do, and go to entirely visual cues.

Attendance was reported to be over 12.6k, which, if correct, tells me that our attendance last weekend against USD (our Homecoming) was maybe 8k tops, most likely 6k-7k.
Our attendance sucks...dead last in the MVFC last year, averaging just under 5K. We wouldn't even be in the top 30 of DII teams in attendance with that number (and there's 7 DIII schools that'd be ahead of us too).

Hopefully on 10/14 we can make another thread like this one but remove the space from between Game and Day. Supposedly GameDay is already sending feelers to Hburg on setting up logistics.

Yeah to tackle him, you first have to find him in between all the offensive lineman. And then tackling him is like tackling a small boulder. He tends to bounce off people like a pin ball. And the offensive line has gradually improved since the first game. It is not where we would like it but it is better.

I loved Charles Roberts. I was a student from 1996-2001. Saw every home game during his time. The best ever. Incidentally, we just rushed as a team over 300 yards again against Idaho State (same team Charles laid 409 in 1999 here in the video) on Saturday night for Homecoming. We love to run against the Bengals!

Did you guys tailgate before the game? Where and how was it? Sam plays there and we are thinking about heading out, take in the new stadium and all.

No, we didn't tailgate. I don't know where you would. Really didn't see much ACU tailgating but we parked in the media lot just across the street from the north end of the stadium so we might not have been in the right area to see any. Our tailgating consisted on going to the Heffe's Burgers a block or two on the other side of the I-20 from ACU.

The stadium is a little small but it is nice and I definitely liked the turf. I think I heard we may be getting the same turf before next football season. Right now, our turf sucks.

My first game at SDSU was in 2013 and it has been impressive to see how much it has changed in 2015 and 2017.

We used to have a good thread promoting users game day pics on here. This is YOUR pictures, not anyone else's that you grab off the net somewhere. Now that everybody has a smartphone this should be even easier to do than before. Put pics of your tailgate of tailgate scene at your school, a pretty girls flying your school colors, a dude doing it as well if you have to, and any good pics of the game and stadium you can throw out to us.

If you put some good ones up we'll take a few of the best ones and put em' up on twitter, our instagram, and maybe even on an article once in a while. At the very least we'll have a good thread full of FCS atmosphere around the country.xthumbsupx

I hear ya. I had a problem about 5 yrs. back on an image site with something I didn't even know was there and in the research on what could be my liability on it I read about Getty going hard after people so I always like to steer clear on those if possible. I appreciate you taking care of that.
