SAVANNAH, Ga. – Savannah State University second-year head coach Erik Raeburn believes his football team is better than last season's squad. That's encouraging for the Tigers, who were 3-7 overall and 3-5 in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference, producing the program's most successful season since a 5-7 finish in 2008.
