Columbia: What I Did This Summer Q&A: Chris Schroer at MLS

As part of our ongoing What I Did This Summer Features, we sat down with senior football player Chris Schroer, who completed a summer internship at the Major League Soccer Offices in New York City. Most of his duties and responsibilities focused on marketing and special events. A 2016 CoSIDA Academic All-District Team member and Class of 1913 Memorial Cup Trophy winner, Schroer is a three-year letterman at running back who has rushed for 282 yards on 83 carries and one touchdown. A Cincinnati, Ohio native, Schroer is a sociology major at Columbia who will graduate in May 2018.
