Pine Bluff, AR. – Head Coach Monte Coleman has hired Robert Bailey as the new Wide Receiver Coach for the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.* Bailey, will replace Mark Frederick, who left UAPB after one season to become the Assistant Coach/Wide Receiver Coach at his alma mater.
