Coming from a definite non-JMU fan perspective I loved Houston's speech. It's easy to see why his team plays so hard for him just listening to those few seconds of audio from one of his pregame speeches. His mentality just seems to instill toughness in those around him. That is a hell of a football coach.

His speeches really took off, too. Like something UNH said or did really pissed him off before our playoff game with them, and he had some key and said this is the key to the stadium, and we're locking the damn gates. Now that's like a mantra for the team/fans. Then before Soft Houston he really let them have it. It all culminated in the game in Fargo. Dude has a future in public speaking after his inevitable long coaching career.
