Thank you for your kind words. I don't know what a red bird is, but i believe them to also be fierce. Like, crazed, zombies on steroids type fowl of some sort. The kind that are feared.

As for Redbirds being fierce .. nothing depicts our attitudes any better than our actual logo .. the Redbirds expression nails it, especially the footbal program. Though we would also claim to be perfectly friendly people midwest types .. just have a little chip on the shoulder attitude, when needed.

FYI, A Redbird is same as a Cardinal ... and there are many Cardinal logos out there across many sports. Google images of it .. and then try to tell any ISU Redbird fan that our bird logo isn't the coolest looking of them all ... it won't be pleasant. :D
