ORANGEBURG, SC – 2017 South Carolina State graduate Joe Thomas, Sr., who received national attention when, at 55-years old, he became the oldest player in Division I history to play in a football game, will be honored Wednesday (Jul. 26) during the SC Coaches for Charity Banquet at the Hyatt Regency in Greenville, beginning at 6 p.m. with a VIP Reception and Silent Auction.
