NORFOLK, Va. – The second annual VA's UpNext Football Skills Camp had another successful showing last Friday at Norfolk State. The event, hosted by Seattle Seahawks star Kam Chancellor, aims to give middle and high school players both on-the-field as well as off-the-field instruction when it comes to both football and life skills.
