*PARK CITY, Utah – Idaho State Head Coach Rob Phenicie has finalized his coaching staff. Phenicie has added Kam Yancy to coach his defensive backs. Yancy served as a graduate assistant coach for defense at Oregon State and prior to that he was a quality control coach for three seasons at Utah. Yancy played college football at Pierce Junior College and the University of Utah.
