More Tragedy in Cullowhee

Don't know if this story has made it to AGS anywhere else yet, but Western Carolina basketball player Nathan Greathouse is in critical condition after an auto accident earlier on Wedneday. Here is the link:

What is it with all the bad luck at Western? They really seem to be having one terrible situation after another.

Here is an update from this morning's Asheville Citizen-Times. Greathouse is a very fortunate young man. He was expected to be released from the hospital today. It sounds like not only was his girlfriend driving while almost twice the legal limit for alcohol, but it also sounds like Greathouse wasn't wearing a seat belt.

KYLE, not Nathan. Kyle is indeed gonna pull through this and the Catamount family sends thanks to all of those who put him in their thoughts and prayers. He and his family are first class folks all the way. Gotta feel for his girlfriend though and I hope her situation turns out for the best.
