Youngstown State: Former Penguins Perform Before Large Group of Professional Scouts

Eleven former Youngstown State football players went through on-field tests and drills in front of a group of 19 professional scouts on Tuesday at the WATTS. The group of scouts featured 18 from the NFL and one from the Canadian Football League.
