Craig Howard coached Southern Oregon to a NAIA National Championship in 2014. Was a successful high school coach in Florida where one of his students was Tim Tebow.

The article didn't say how he died. He was only 64. What happened?

The small town newspaper in Ashland (where SOU is located), said the cause was not known but he died in his sleep. Here's that link.
