POCATELLO, Idaho – Idaho State football had two players recognized by HERO Sports Wednesday as freshman offensive lineman Dallen Collins was named to the HERO Sports FCS All-America Freshmen Team while punter Sean Cheney earned honorable mention for the sophomore team.
