Kevin Rader’s one-handed touchdown catch in the back of the endzone from Hunter Wells with one second remaining lifted the Youngstown State football team to a 40-38 comeback victory over Eastern Washington on Saturday night at Roos Field. The Penguins advanced to their seventh national championship game and will face James Madison, Saturday, Jan. 7, at Noon eastern in Frisco, Texas.
