I think Coach Baskett needs to set a better example for his kids and learn to take it like a man.

Whining to the state H.S. athletic assoc. is B.S. If you can't handle the possible outcome don't take the floor. And the player that wanted the other team to take it easy on them....well I just don't have an answer for that. : smh :

Wasn't sour grapes. Sour grapes is when you want something, can't get it, and say you didn't want it anyway.
And the winning coach didn't have to keep pressing and trapping. That stuff about "that's how we practice" etc. is nonsense.
Sure, I think it'd be a high character thing if the losing coach didn't say anything about it. But you don't have to keep trapping and pressing in a game like that just because you do it in practice. That's a complete crock.
I wouldn't make a rule or anything to say people can't do what was done. But I don't think trapping and pressing after you're up 70 -7 is the most admirable thing in the world.
