1) Briscoe-SHSU
2) Gubrud-EWU
3) Jenkins-JSU
4) Hodges-Samford
5) Gustafson-Montana

It's a stupid slideshow article, but I figured this would be a fun debate.

I mean, he has had 12 rushing TD's, he should be around #5 or #6. I think TARYN CHRISTION, SOUTH DAKOTA STATE, should be around #3 as a Soph.

I take anything I see from HERO Sports with a grain of salt; site is a joke, probably run by some guy out of his Mom's basement...

They'll fade into full irrelevancy within a few years like the great Emory Hunt.

Jenkins' MO is making something out of nothing. The way he handles broken plays is worthy of note and is an immeasurable statistic.

No he hasn't had spectacular passing stats but not many QB's would when they're having shoulder issues, their #1 target hasn't been 100% healthy all season and every other target on the field is a new face.

Take it it as you will. There are probably a few more qb's I wouldn't argue with being above him but I won't argue that Jenkins' doesn't have a solid case for his current spot.

Was he even top 5 in the Big Sky this season? He might be a late round draft prospect, but he didn't perform well enough in 2016 to be even in the top 25 for QBs, IMO. Glad to see Humphries in there. He had a very similar career to a guy who graduated from Sac. State a couple of years ago named Garrett Safron. Both tremendous QBs who unfortunately played for crap football programs.

Agreed...their top "x" lists are terrible. Exposure is great for FCS, but if its poor or low information exposure it really does very little if any good.

Gustafson was literally the second string quarterback on his team. Yet he is the number five in the FCS? The logic just doesn't match up.
