Norfolk State University linebackers T.C. Livingston and Cephas Harden were honored Monday by the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference for their performance in Saturday's 17-10 win over Hampton University. Livingston was selected as MEAC Co-Defensive Player of the Week, while Harden was chosen as Co-Rookie of the Week.
