Well with the AL up 7-0, looks like my boy Mark Buehrle will get the win. HRs for the AL by Tejada and Teixeira, and a scoreless IP for my boy Jon Garland. On the night my White Sox pitchers have 3 IP 0 R 3 H 3 Ks!!!

I think the reaction to Mr. Rogers was a little sophomoric. The fans of baseball have had over two weeks to roll the incident around, and only responded in such a negative way to humilate the man.

He made a mistake, he apologized, and he will be branded with that incident until he retires. Because he didn't come from a city like Chicago or New York, people will never know exactly how good a pitcher he is. That is unfortunate. Good job, Detroit. May the rest of the country continue to ridicule you because of your idiotic behavior. If you anything to counter my statement, need I bring up the incident at The Palace last season?

As for the rest of the game, all of the Astros looked good. Ensberg acted a little quickly, and Oswalt didn't have his best stuff. But at least Clemens and Lidge pitched "lights out".

Felt a little odd that the game was bombarded with General Motors ads. And since when is Michael Chiklis their spokesman?? I never knew that celebrities could plug two products at once in a single ad.

Carlos Beltran deserved to be in this All Star Game about as much as Jason Bay and the batboy.

How huge will Jeannie Zelasko get before she explodes? She made Kevin Kennedy look skinny!

All good points Agent, I didn't agree with the fans that were booing Rogers, but they had every right to boo him. He made a mistake, and he has taken a huge hit from a PR level. I do applaud him for playing in the game and facing the heat.

Also I think that Jeannie chick is pregnant, I too noticed that she was huge, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt.

Oh yeah, Jeannie's pregnant. I'm just surprised that even though she has exploded about the waist, she has still kept her face the same. Impressive.

But it is tough for someone in her condition to work in that field. The only reason that she doesn't take a break to have the baby is because she's afraid some guy will shine in her absense. Or, more likely, another chick.

It was bush league of Zelasko during the pregame while interviewing the best announcer Ernie Harlwell, she cuts him off in mid sentance and practically pushes him off the set to get to a commercial. When Ernie wants to talk, you let him talk

I would have booed him to.

The All-Star games are usually ho-hum affairs, and this was no exception. The NL better get its act together if it ever expects to get home-field advantage in the World Series again.

Why? He didn't push a kid, he pushed a camera and he apologized for it.

What the NL needs to do is get their best players on the field in the starting lineup.

Piazza, Eckstein, Edmonds, Beltran are in no way the best at their positions in the NL, but yet they were in the starting lineup and all got at least two AB's. And as much as I like Smoltz being a Braves fan, he didn't deserve to be the second guy hurling for the NL.

The camera man had just as much right to be there as he did. No need to go and bully someone around. Would have been pretty funny if the guy got up and knocked Kenny on his ass.

I agree it was bush, but it wasn't her call--the director in her earplug directed her to cut him off. Regardless it was crass and disrespectful for someone who has given so much to the game.
