All road teams this week for me!

North Dakota St at South Dakota - I don't know why but I'm kinda nervous about this game... even moreso than the WIU and UNI road games. Probably has to do with the fact that NDSU has nothing to gain and everything to lose at this point. But I still predict a comfortable Bison victory.

Youngstown St at Missouri St - Alright Penguins, this shouldn't be that difficult. Not even you guys and your horrible November rep can screw this up and give the committee an excuse to leave you out.... I hope.

Western Illinois at Southern Illinois - WIU is too good to lie down like this for the stretch run. I think they make mistakes letting SIU hang around but win a hard fought game mostly on desire.

South Dakota St at Northern Iowa - Most people are saying UNI has everything to play for but I'd contend that so does SDSU. A shot at a bye and a seed and having a path to the quarters that doesn't go through Fargo is plenty of motivation. On top of that SDSU has the better team and UNI's pass defense is just average... that's a recipe for some Jack Attacks!

2pm Western Illinois at Southern Illinois- ESPN3 - 2 home losses, now they need to find a way to win on the road, unfortunately I don't see it happening

4pm South Dakota State at Northern Iowa- MVC/ESPN3 - Game of the week, UNI's playing for a potential playoff spot, SDSU's playing for a potential seed. UNI kept EWU to their season low. I think they keep SDSU's offense in check.

If we just want it to generate discussion, then what we've been doing is fine probably, but if we want it to be more "official", then maybe it should be moved to something like Google Docs next year where people could submit their picks privately. Yeah, clenz tried that a couple years ago and I think by the end of the year only 5 people or so were still picking. Personally, I think it's better to see other's picks so it generates interest and discussion (like you said). I'd think if we did do picks privately it would be best to have a deadline earlier in the week (say on Thursday) and then publish the picks after that so we could see who picked who and call each other morons and/or geniuses. :)

I'll think about it over the offseason and have a more official set up for next year

The final tally is in, and it has ended in a tie for first place. Due to the H2H result between the Jacks and Bison, I win. Just kidding. I will be doing a playoff version of this and it will be the tiebreaker between new and Dewey. I also plan on one fun addition to that as well. Would like to give a shoutout to all you guys for participating, without that this wouldn't have been any fun at all. Also thanks to TwentySix for keeping my on my toes with my tally and to BisonTru for the assist this week with the score keeping.
