I hope he stays in SD because i think he is a very good coach and good guy that has really been snake bitten but a lot of fluky crap. However i think he will be canned. Pittsburgh wouldn't be a bad fit for him. He's a good friend of Cowher i believe. I would have been pulling for him today if SD was playing anyone but the Pats or Raiders. Bobby Bowden eventually got after being snakebit all the first one was still BS IMO. Ol' Roy eventually got over the hump too.

I voted stays, but he should have continued to use LT late in the game (6 min left). Let your MVP win the game

Marty's gotta go, if he can't win in the postseason with that offense he ain't gonna win.

I'd get rid of him. He has a 5-13 record in the playoffs and thats pretty bad. With that team he had this year theres no reason for them not to still be playing. Now granted, the players made a lot of mistakes but that call to review that interception fumble was a clear case of bad coaching. It was a clear fumble and it cost them in the end of the game. Not to mention that pass on 3rd and 1 from the 3 when you have a bruiser fullback and LT in the backfield. Id have rather ran it on 3rd and 4th down. If they didnt get it at least the Patriots wouldve been on their own 2 or 3.

They'd be idiots to fire him. Look where they were versus where they are now. With LT, Rivers, Gates, Merriman, etc., they'll have more chances. Enough said.
