SAVANNAH, Ga. – Savannah State University's football team has a winning record in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference. The Tigers are tied for fourth place in the 11-team MEAC and play third-place Hampton University at 1 p.m. Saturday at Armstrong Stadium in Hampton, Va.
