Fuquay-Varina, NC - Savannah State quarterback TJ Bell has been named North Carolina Mutual Life BOXTOROW National Player of the week.* Bell, a freshman from Louisville, Ga., completed 15-of-28 passes for 159 yards three touchdowns and no interceptions and also rushed the ball 14 times for 149 yards and a touchdown in the Tigers' 31-14 victory over Norfolk State.
