Western Carolina junior defensive back Keion Crossen was named the Southern Conference Defensive Player of the Week on Monday stemming from his play in Saturday’s 32-29 victory over VMI. Crossen had a strong all-around day for the Catamounts, contributing on both defense and special teams.
