Teams preceded by an asterisk (*) have already reached the 6 win benchmark; those listed in bold need to win all remaining games to reach 6 Division I wins.

William & Mary would be bold now, all 3 of their wins are against D1 opponents (Norfolk State, Hampton, Delaware).

You're correct, looks like a removed William & Mary a game early. Thanks for catching that, I'll update it on the original post.

Strange how SHSU is #1 in the nation according to some rankings but if it loses to UCA will be the at-large for the fifth or sixth ranked conference SLC. xlolx Weird.

Probably true, but for now the list is simply everyone eligible based on guidelines.

If Montana wins out or even go 2-1 I think they will easily get the 4th Big Sky playoff spot, not to sure if the conference would get a 5th one but if UNC is able to upset the Griz I could see them definitely being considered.

The new guidelines specify 6, but even then it isn't definite. For all but a small handful of teams, however, 7 D-I wins is necessary.

Just looking at the list, one has to admire the rebuilding job that was done at Prairie View. I remember 10-15 years ago when they had the worst program in all of football. Sports Illustrated even did an article on their dilemma. Kudos to those who have stayed the course and spent a lot of dollars, sweat and tears in to becoming a winner.
