Western Carolina redshirt freshman quarterback Tyrie Adams was today listed among 17 first-year players that are under consideration for the STATS Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) National Freshman of the Year. Adams was the lone Southern Conference representative on the first watch list of 2016.
