ELON, N.C. – Prior to Saturday's Homecoming football game, Elon University recognized the late Rev. Jim Waggoner with a commemorative plaque in the press box of Rhodes Stadium. Waggoner was Elon's sports historian and a regular attendee of the university's football games.
